On Sunday, 8 July, 2012, Roger Federer, from Switzerland, won the Wimbledon 2012 Title against Andy Murray of Great Britain. The win, 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4, makes Roger Federer World No. 1 and is his seventh Wimbledon title.

On Saturday, 7 July, 2012, Serena Williams of USA won the Wimbledon Title for the Fifth time against Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland, 6-1, 5-7, 6-2. The win is Serena's fourteenth major title.

The next Grand Slam Tennis Tournament is the US Open being held Aug. 27 through Sept. 9 at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Corona, New York. The Citi Open Tennis Tournament, previously know as the Legg Mason Open, is the next major tennis tournament being held in the US and is being held at the Fitzgerald Tennis Center in Washington, DC from July 28 through Aug. 5. The Rogers Cup, both men and women tournaments, are being held from Aug. 6 through Aug. 13. The Women's Tennis Tournament will be held at the Stade Uniprix in Montreal, Canada and the Men's tournament will be held at the Rexall Centre.

The Western & Southern Open, also known as the Cincinnati Masters ATP & WTA Pro Open, will be held at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason, OH. from Aug. 11 through Aug. 19.
