Wicked the Broadway musical has dazzled millions of fans over the years. On October 30, 2011, Wicked became the 12th longest-running Broadway show in history. Because of it's huge success, the musical has won hundreds of awards along with countless nominations.

In 2004, the original Broadway production of Wicked was nominated for 10 Tony Awards, and won 6 Drama Desk Awards from 11 nominations. Also, the show won 4 Outer Critics Circle Awards from 10 nominations. Since its beginning in 2003, Wicked on Broadway has won 32 awards from 63 nominations. Additional productions of Wicked has also had huge success. The North American tours have won a total of 12 awards out of 14 nominations, including the Chicago production which was nominated for 5 Joseph Jefferson Awards. Additionally, the West End production has received 5 Laurence Olivier Award nominations and in 2010 won the Audience Award for Most Popular Show. The Australian production of Wicked received 6 Helpmann Awards from 12 nominations.
